How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?

Check that you are viewing the correct account or purchase record. Look at the latest message rather than relying on an older status notification.

What should I review before using loyalty points on a purchase?

Do not assume unused points are automatically converted into cash. Use the reward according to its documented purchase conditions.

What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?

Do not follow an unrelated payment request merely because checkout reported an error. Describe the displayed issue precisely when asking for assistance.
